What watermarks does DALL·E put on images?
DALL·E 3 marks images with a signed C2PA provenance chain that verification tools read to prove the image is AI-generated, and many downloads also carry the small CR symbol top-left. This tool clears both and gives you a pixel-identical JPEG, PNG, or WebP.

What this does not do.
Metadata and pixel-level watermarks are different problems. Anything claiming to clear both in one pass is worth reading carefully.
